Far fewer than the caldera norm. Suites 03 and 04 are step-free from the street. Suites 01 and 02 are a gentle 25 steps, and the Cave Suite — just below them — is another eight. Compared with the 200–400 steps at many neighbouring caldera hotels, Esmi is an easy arrival. If steps are a concern, message us and we'll recommend the best suite for you.
